Once you
own a room number, you are in total control of your room.
To host a Community Conference, all you have to do is
follow the following few simple steps:
- Agree a time to dial in with your delegates
- Give your delegates the Community Conference
telephone number. If you are calling from the UK, this
is 0870 22 33 44 5. If anyone is calling from overseas,
the number is +44 870 22 33 44 5
- Give your delegates your six-digit Community
Conference room number
- At the agreed time everyone dials
in to the Community Conference system, inputs the
room number when requested and speaks their name when
prompted
Note 1: All delegates can use all of
the in-conference features at anytime during the conference
Note 2: The system does not make any
distinction between the 'chairperson' and the 'participants'
Ending a Conference
All you have to do to end a Community
Conference is hang up. Once the final person has hung
up, the conference has ended. |
