Once you
have stopped a recording, please allow a couple of minutes
for the recording to transfer from our record facility
to your download area.
- Visit the download area by clicking
on the menu link above
Once there, follow two simple steps
to access your own personal download area:
- In the first field, enter the Community
Conference telephone number (0845
22 33 44 5)
- In the second field, input your room
number and click 'GO'
You will then be in your personal download
space, where all your recordings will be housed. You
will be shown the date and length of each recording,
together with the option to either listen to or download
it as an MP3 or WAV file.
Note 1: To ensure the privacy of your
recordings remains intact, we strongly advise that you
download and delete your recordings as soon as possible
after you've finished a recording
Note 2: To economise on space, each
recording will be wiped from our database 14
days after
it appears in your download area
Note 3: Once deleted, a file cannot
be retrieved
