  • We have a database with 999,999 six-digit numbers available for use
  • When you press the 'Submit' button, our database checks the availability of your preferred six-digit room number
  • If it is available, we will confirm this in an email to you (which should take no longer than five minutes)
  • If your preferred choice has already been taken, we will automatically select another number for you and confirm it in an email (again, this should take no longer than five minutes)
  • Your room is ready to use as soon as you press the 'Submit' button, but we prefer you to wait for the confirmation email just in case your preferred choice has already gone and we have to provide you with another number
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within the hour, please contact us and we will check your account status
